Aaron Burr's Story

Meet Aaron Burr, a Beautiful 5-Month-Old German Shepherd mix.

Big paws. Beautiful eyes. A whole lot of puppy.

This handsome, smart, young German Shepherd mix is just 5 months old and still figuring out how all those giant paws are supposed to work! He’s a little clumsy, adorably awkward, and completely irresistible.

But what really gets you is his eyes. He has the kind of beautiful eyes that seem to look right into your soul—and he loves making eye contact with his people. He’s curious, attentive, and eager to connect with whoever is giving him attention.

He’s still very much a puppy, which means he’s learning the world one wobbly step at a time. He’s learning how to coordinate that big Shepherd body, those oversized feet, and all the energy that comes with being a growing boy.

What makes him special:

5 months old
Beautiful German Shepherd mix
Gorgeous, expressive eyes
Very smart
Loves making eye contact
Curious and people-oriented
Adorably clumsy while mastering those giant paws
Still learning and ready to bond with his person
Has so much potential to grow into an incredible companion

He doesn’t need to be perfect—he just needs someone willing to grow with him.

Give this boy a little patience, guidance, training, and love, and those awkward puppy feet are going to turn into the confident strides of one magnificent dog!

He’s not just looking for a home.
