A-Zeus's Story

1/1: weight is 65 lbs Foster update: Our foster Zeus is looking for his forever home. Everyone who meets Zeus falls in love with him. This special guy is a lovable, huggable dog full of personality and curiosity. His eyes are golden buttons set in the most expressive face. He is a sweet, smart, sensitive, affectionate 65# lap dog who LOVES to cuddle, is a very good boy and can be a bit goofy. At 5 years old, this Pitty-Pointer still has a lot of puppy left in him as he is still very playful and has lots of energy but mellows out quickly when asked. He loves his toys, his ball, playing fetch and going for walks. Although Zeus is an active dog and would make an awesome running partner (he runs really well on leash and doesnt get in your way) he is pretty mellow most of the time. At about 8pm, Zeus is in for the night and doesn't need to get out of bed until about 9am, unless, of course, you want to take him for a walk. Zeus will make a very loyal companion. He is okay with kids but not in the home (due to being jealous). Zeus is easily trained and looks to his people for guidance. He knows sit, stay, come, heal, leave it, shake and when we go up or down stairs, we have taught him to wait until we call him to follow. Zeus is crate trained and potty trained. We are able to leave him alone in the house, he enjoys car rides and knows how to behave in other peoples homes. I can send videos if you are interested. Zeus is looking for a home with a big yard that is fully fenced in. We have been taking him to the dog park and have recently let him off leash. He has shown now aggression toward other dogs, even if the little ones bark at him.
