Once upon a time, this handsome fellow was named Tow Truck. <br/>We agree — not ideal. Thankfully, he now goes by Tucker, and he's been towing hearts ever since.<br/><br/>Tucker is a gorgeous 18-month-old St. Bernard mix (the “mix” part remains a mystery best solved by a DNA test). Fully grown at 65 lbs, he's the perfect size for big hugs without knocking over the furniture. His personality? Laid-back, calm, a little shy, incredibly loving, and fantastic with other dogs and cats.<br/><br/>Tucker may take a little time to warm up — he's more of a slow-burn kind of guy — but give him patience and he'll reward you with lifelong loyalty and quiet companionship. Found as a stray by animal control, Tucker has been patiently waiting since early November for his forever home. They are available to inside only homes where they will be part of the family.<br/><br/>Applications to adopt can be found at harthumane.org.<br/><br/>Our adoption fees include the spay/neuter surgery, deworming, vet exam, and up to date vaccines.
