467 (2026) Sierra's Story

Adoption Fee: $475

When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped!

What we know: 5-month-old spayed female transferred to us from Operation Kindness in Texas after being moved there from a full shelter to make space.

From the foster: This little gem is ready to find her forever home-and trust us, one look into these beautiful eyes and you'll be completely smitten!

Sierra is a total love bug who lives for her people. She'll shower you with endless kisses (seriously-like, LOTS of kisses), happily curl up beside you on the couch, and gladly roll over for alllll the belly rubs. She may be a little shy when she first meets you, but give her just a moment to warm up and you'll discover just how sweet and gentle she truly is.

Sierra has an affectionate, easygoing attitude and pretty well-balanced energy for a puppy. She loves a good romp outside, but is equally happy to spend the whole afternoon snuggled up next to you. She adores the children in her foster household and has been very gentle with them, even when she's excited.

Sierra has also done great with other dogs. She may need a day or two to come out of her shell with new furry friends, but she gets along beautifully once she's comfortable. She sleeps well in her crate and is actively working on her potty training-she'll just need a patient, consistent hand to help her build that new skill with continued positive reinforcement.

If you're looking for a snuggly, affectionate, super sweet soul to add to your family, Sierra might just be your perfect match.

www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
