4 (2026) Bianca's Story

Adoption Fee: $475

When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped!

What we know: Transferred from Espanola Humane in Santa Fe New Mexico, came with the name Bianca and is aged at about 2.5 years old. Came fixed and up to date on her vaccines. Needs a home without cats or livestock.

From the foster: This beautiful adult husky is looking for a home where she can truly settle in and shine. She's a bit shy and unsure at first, but once she warms up, she becomes incredibly happy, cuddly and affectionate. If you are a fan of couch snuggles (especially on an already crowded couch) she is your girl.

She's a classic husky in all the best ways, smart, active, and curious. While she is high energy, she's learned how to settle nicely in a house and enjoys a good balance of playtime and downtime. She is fully potty trained, and does great sleeping on a dog bed at night. While the crate isn't her favorite place, she does tolerate it when needed and settles fairly quickly.

She loves being near her people (kids included!), following them around the house, and spending time outside, keeping an eye on the squirrel activity. With a little patience and a lot of love, she'll make a very loyal and sweet companion.

www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
