2162 Millie and Rocky's Story

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS

FENCED YARD

Millie and Rocky are in the market for a new family. They are no longer able to stay with their mom. They are both 8 years old and weigh around 15lbs.
They have never been apart and we toyed with the idea of separating them but we think they really are bonded. Millie is the bossy terrier sister and picks on Rocky who is the sweet "little brother". Millie is also the one that seems the most bonded to her brother vs him being bonded to her. Like human siblings he just lets her have her way. She will need an alpha person who is good at correcting her when she misbehaves which isn't all the time. Most of the time they are a happy duo.
The only negative is they are terriers and terriers bark. They recently spent time in a temp foster and she said every day they were there it was less and less. Millie is the main culprit in that which isn't surprising. Rocky has more of the Shih Tzu personality.
They are sweet cuddlers that are learning how to navigate a new life. They just need someone that can help them do that.
They are housebroken and crate trained and fine with other dogs. They lived with a cat that they slept with like it was another dog sibling but there are cats in their foster home that they don't seem to be as good with. Rocky found out the hard way not to bother the cats. They would be ok with older kids and maybe littles too but they have no be small kid tested.

If you would like to meet Rocky and Millie, please fill out the application below (copy and paste to your browser) and we will get back with you as soon as we can,

https://form.jotform.com/211044942326146?

Adoption fee pays for all vetting....spay and neuter surgeries, all vaccinations, a heart worm test (both have had the annual HW prevention vaccination), deworming, flea prevention and microchips.
