ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS<br/><br/>FENCED YARD <br/><br/>I'd like to introduce you to Spencer. He is an absolute gentleman! He was removed from a bad situation, but he's deserving of so much more. He's around 9yo, and currently (a bit too chunky ) at 48lbs. Spencer seems to get along with everybody, and while I haven't seen him with cats I bet he'd be fine. He's low energy and quiet, so even apartment life would suit him if leash-walked.<br/>He is housebroken (once he gets past a couple of days of letting everyone know there's a new male dog in the house. Belly bands work great for that) and crate trained. He would do well as an only as he likes his people more than other dogs as long as his person is home more than gone.
