He just completed heartworm treatment so he is READY for his next adventure. <br/><br/>Bearr is the epitome of Velcro aussie. He loves being with his people, being near his people. He has even been known to peek in on them during showers. He is a very happy, content little guy who adores being outside. He is wonderful with other dogs. He has not been around cats, but saw how they react through the fence, and wanted no part of it. He has been around some kids, but not had a lot of introductions or play time with them. For this reason, we believe he would be best with children over 10 years of age.<br/><br/>Bearr has learned quite a few commands: sit, stay, off, down, come, great recall, checks in when off leash and also in fenced yard. Bearr is affectionate, curious, alert, observant, very attentive to humans and we can assure you that you will never go to the bathroom by yourself again. Bearr knows how to play independently and calm on own, where he will lay near you with a chew bone to keep himself content. Bearr LOVES grooming and will jump into tub and wait for his spa time to begin.<br/><br/>Bearr is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped and receiving monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks and heartworms. Proof of heartworm prevention for any current or previous pets is required to adopt from our organization.
