Finn is a 4-5 year old, 70 lb goofy lovebug! Finn came into foster care when his previous owner moved into an assisted living facility. Finn has acclimated so quickly into his foster family&#39;s home. This boy is a total ham! <br/><br/>Finn is such a wonderful dog, that he would be a great fit with any young couple looking for their first pup. He is sweet, silly, goofy and just the cutest fluff butt in the Midwest. Finn LOVES making new friends but does not know the definition of personal space! Finn&#39;s idea of closeness and snuggling is laying ON you, laying on his people and spooning with you in bed. <br/><br/>Finn loves every new person he meets and is not afraid to show you how much by providing plenty of kisses. Finn wants nothing more than a yard to roam, a family to love, and a spot on the couch. He warmed up to the resdient cat in no time and he absolutely loves the resident aussie. Finn has ample energy for his age and would be the perfect companion running errands, playing at the park, or simply walking through the neighborhood.<br/><br/>Due to his size and energy level, a home without small children and small dogs would be best as Finn is clumsy and would easily sit or lay on top of them at any chance given. He is an extra large boy with a fantastic smile that just radiates joy!!!! His whiskey colored eyes just melt your heart!<br/><br/>Finn needs either a physically fenced yard or lots of land to roam with his person. Finn is just not a fan of being confined to small spaces; it causes him to panic, so crating him is not ideal for Finn. Finn has EXCELLENT house manners. He currently roams the house openly with his foster brother. Finn is potty-trained and knows basic commands. He is SO sweet and will melt your heart when smiling at you. <br/><br/>Finn needs:<br/>- A family to continue keeping him in a routine structure and possibly do some basic obedience training<br/>- A large physically fenced yard or a lot of land to roam<br/>- A family that is home more often than not (preferred)<br/><br/>Finn is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped and receiving monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks and heartworms. Proof of heartworm prevention for any current or previous pets is required to adopt from our organization.
