Zorro's Story

I don’t wear a mask, but I do have a large scar from a wound that was on my shoulders and back. No, it’s not from a sword. I’m Zorro, estimated to be around 5 years old. I came here in mid-October with some other cats from another rescue, and I tried to show how brave I am by hissing. Shhh- don’t tell anyone, but I was so nervous. I’m doing much better now. I enjoy being petted, and I rub against people’s legs for more attention. My wound has healed, and so has my spirit. I’d love to spend days playing and soaking up pets and my nights stacking up Z’s, lying near you when I’m home with you as your handsome, lovable Zorro boy. <br/><br/>Adoption fee $100 + microchip fee $30 + tax

Paws and Claws Humane Society's Adoption Policy
IMPORTANT UPDATE Although our shelter is open to potential adopters during the viewing hours listed on this page, Paws and Claws prefers to schedule viewings and adoptions by appointment. To make an appointment to meet and adopt one of the companion animals on our Website, we ask that you fill out an online application. Potential adopters can either click on the ADOPTION APPLICATION link on the right side of this page, or visit our Website at pawsandclaws.org and go to the "Willing to Adopt a Pet" section, then select the orange "Adoption Form" box. This will allow you to access the Adoption Guidelines and Application Form. After reading the Adoption Guidelines, either complete the online adoption form and return it to us, or print the Adoption Form, fill in the required information, sign it, and email it back to us via info@pawsandclaws.org. You may list up to four animals that you would like to meet. We review the emails every day. We will process all applications in the order that they are received and then once your application has been approved, we will contact you and set up an appointment for you to meet the animal(s) and if possible, do the adoption on the same day you come in.
