Where you are, he wants to be. He even looks for loving before he eats. He loves to rub on legs. He will jump in your lap and look you in your eyes and purr purr purr. His foster mom swoops him up and hold him like a baby. He just leans in to aborb all the affenction he can get!<br/><br/>He would thrive in a home with some that has so much love to give this guy that so desperately craves it.
