MEET ZELLE! Did you know that female orange tabby cats are relatively rare, comprising only about 20% of the orange cat population? Zelle is certainly a unique and beautiful creature. She's on the shy side, and will require patience as she acclimates to her new home. Add this special lady to your home by adopting her in Dedham! Zelle is currently up to date on all vaccines, spay/neutered, microchipped and has been seen by our veterinarian. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston(Dedham branch)'s Adoption Policy

We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
