Yoda's Story

Meet Yoda!!!

This sweet little long haired boy came to us off the streets of New Orleans. He was rescued from an overpopulated cat colony where he was struggling to survive. When we found him he was underweight, filthy dirty, infested with fleas, and missing a lot of hair on his head and upper back due to all the dirt and malnutrition. That's where he got his name - with those big ears and bald head!

After a good bath and lots of food and TLC, his long luxurious coat is growing back in beautifully! He is a little shy at first but purrs immediately when you touch him or pick him up and he loves to play with all the toys!!!!

He has been around other cats and LOVES their company. We would prefer for him to go to a home with another friendly feline so he won't be lonely. He has not been around dogs or kids, and given that he is a little shy he may do better in a home without them. Older kids or calm dogs might be okay.

Yoda is neutered, vaccinated, triple tested negative, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for fleas.
