Yeti (nka Percy)

Meet Yeti, the energetic adventurer! This 5.5-month-old medium-haired brown tabby is bursting with kitten energy! Yeti loves to play, but he can sometimes be a bit too enthusiastic, both with people and other cats. He has a particular fondness for wand toys, but his play style can be a bit destructive - he loves to chew through the string, though he doesn't eat it. Despite his playful antics, Yeti is a big cuddler and loves to sleep in bed with his human companions. Yeti is looking for an active and engaging home with someone who can provide him with plenty of playtime and enrichment. He would do best in a home with experienced cat owners who can provide him with appropriate toys and can teach him more gentle play. We are requiring that Yeti joins a family with another young playful cat (either your resident cat or another kitty from our shelter). When kittens grow up with other cats, they learn essential social skills, boundaries and appropriate play. This socialization will make him a well-adjusted and confident cat. He would be a wonderful companion for families with children over the age of 8 and may be able to live with a gentle, cat-friendly dog. Yeti's adoption fee is $250.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
