Wynonna's Story

Wynonna was brought to the shelter on 11/29/2025. Her owners moved and left her behind. She is warming up to the shetler life, but would love to have a home of her own. She was caught with two other cats as well. Wynonna is about one year old, and is tested, vaccinated, and spayed. Ritchie County Humane Society Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Adopting a pet is a simple and inexpensive process at our shelter.  You must fill out a short adoption form and then pay a small adoption fee.  Part of the adoption paperwork is promising to get your pet spayed or neutered if not already done.   Adoption Fees are as follows: Dog - spayed or neutered = $200 Dog - non-spayed or neutered = $150 Cat - spayed or neutered pet = $50 Cat - non-spayed or neutered pet = $20 (These fees are subject to change without notice, by breed, or by expenses incurred by that animal.)
