Wushu's Story

Wushu came from a crowded house, and is now learning how wonderful living with people can be! She has recently had some breakthroughs in socialization. Wushu has finally realized that pats and attention are wonderful! She loves pats, and scritches. Wushu even asked for belly rubs the other day. She sits next to her foster on the bed. She also seeks out attention on her own, and is a happy loving girl. Wushu is still not comfortable with her foster petting her when she is up in the high areas of the room as that is where she has retreated in the past when nervous. However, Wushu no longer spends all her time up there when her foster is in the room. We believe Wushu will blossom in a quiet, patient home. She now really wants human companionship. Are you the patient human Wushu is hoping to live with? Please apply to adopt her today.

Apply to adopt this cat and learn more about The Feline Connection on our website: http://www.thefelineconnection.org/

---ABOUT THE FELINE CONNECTION---

The Feline Connection is a foster-driven 501(c)(3) cat rescue in Rutland, Vermont. The Feline Connection's Adoption Policy
The Feline Connection champions for cats who need homes and we are committed to finding each cat a safe and healthy permanent home. We work to find the best possible home matches for each of our stray, homelss or friendly colony cats based on their unique needs, and the needs of the adopter. We do not have a shelter location, so all of our animals are fostered with families in Rutland County, Vermont, mostly near Rutland. This gives us a unique capability to observe and interact with each cat in a relaxed home environment. Our conversation based adoption process starts with submitting an application followed by a conversation, vet and landlord check (if needed), and then cats visits and home visits as needed for the perfect match. Pictures of the cat’s new home are always welcome. Visit us at http://www.thefelineconnection.org/ for more details
