Winnie's Story

Winnie is a friendly & sweet dark calico, who is well socialized with other cats. She’s not very interested in the presence of children and would likely do best in a home without little ones.<br/><br/>While she has not been tested around dogs, we can experiment if the perfect home would like to try it out. <br/><br/>Winnie is spayed and available for adoption immediately. She is vaccinated and dewormed.

Hampton County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Potential adopters must schedule an appointment to meet with our animals. After they find a pet they believe would be a good fit, they must fill out our adoption application. Once application is approved we encourage/require (if animal is unaltered) the adopter to take animal home on a 10-day foster trial. Once they have spent significant time with the animal and know they are the right fit, we will finalize the adoption by receiving the adoption fee and/or spaying/neutering the animal.
