Wilma's Story

Wilma is a beautiful 12-year-old Frosted Feline weighing 8.5 pounds. She was surrendered into our care because a family member's allergies worsened over time and could no longer be managed. Her family shared the following information about her:

Wilma is a very sweet and friendly girl who enjoys spending time close to her favorite humans. She also has a playful side and enjoys chasing strings and batting around catnip toys.

In her previous home, Wilma did very well with other cats and was comfortable around friendly, respectful dogs. Wilma also spent time with children, including a 7-year-old and a 5-year-old, and was always been gentle during their interactions.

Wilma went on a two-week Frosted Fling, where she soaked up lots of love and attention while we learned even more about her. Her foster mom says Wilma settled in on day one!

"Although Wilma looks grumpy, that is just her cute face. She loved getting her coat brushed today and found a new comfy spot to lounge on the couch. This girl's ideal family will want to snuggle a lot.

On her very first day, Wilma explored most of the house, enjoyed a tasty treat, and then found a cool, comfy spot to relax. She met our cat, and the two calmly went about their business without a fuss.

Wilma loves my daughter who is 10 years old, and she previously lived with children. She can use the stairs just fine, but you can tell she is a bit slow up and down from the couch.

We hope Wilma will soon have a loving forever family of her own. Might it be you?

To meet Wilma, please email:
placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org
