Willie's Story

Willie seems a little shy at first, but when you pick him up and hold him close, he purrs.
He loves to be around his litter mates and adult cats so they can run and play
together. He also likes when people engage in play with him. Willie loves to gently touch your legs and arms, with no claws out. He uses just a gentle tap. He's so adorable.

He enjoys sitting on a cat tree watching the birds outside. He loves playing with cat toys such as, the little spring toys and he particularly likes a toy called, whack-a-mole! Wand toys are really fun for him to jump and chase. And just like his litter mates he has fun getting into empty cardboard boxes and he likes scratching posts.

Willie would love to be adopted with one of his litter mates. You will have twice the fun and double the purr. You will love watching them play together and they will give you twice the love! And they will keep each other company when you are not at home.

Won’t you consider adopting two kittens?

Lucky Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
Prospective adoptive parents fill out an application either at an adoption location or online. (Online is best because it gets e-mailed directly to Lucky Cat Rescue volunteers and is checked numerous times daily.) A Lucky Cat Rescue volunteer reviews the application, checks veterinarian references, personal references, etc. The volunteer contacts the prospective adopter to set up an interview. The prospective adopter completes an interview with a volunteer adoption counselor. If the adoption counselor approves the adopter, a Lucky Cat Rescue volunteer arranges a time for the adopter to meet the cat (if they have not already been acquainted). If the adopter and the cat are a good match, the adopter fills out the rest of the adoption paperwork and takes his or her new companion home.
