Wile E Coyote lives by the motto "I'm just a baby". While yes he's technically an adult, he sure doesn't think so and desperately wants to be babied at all times. He's a major velcro cat who doesn't believe in personal space, he'll follow you around so closely it's a minor tripping hazard and his favorite things include rubbing his face all over you, booping his nose on yours, being held like a teddy bear, and just touching you as much as possible. Whether he's being sweet and trying to get attention or being a brat and trying to get away with it, he's gonna chirp and chatter and beg for pets like a baby and it works like a charm. Wiley doesn't like being picked up when someone is standing up, but as long as you're sitting or laying down, then he's fully down for any and all cuddles at all times, he's not picky as long as he's getting attention. His Peter Pan routine usually works better on humans than other cats, but he gets along great with them too and loves making friends, even when they're rolling their eyes at his antics.
