Wilbur's Story

FIV+DOB: 8/22/2019

Meet Wilbur!

Wilbur came to us in January 2025 after his previous home became stressful due to a dog that didn’t get along with him. His family loved him and wanted him to have the chance at a calmer, more comfortable life.

Wilbur is a sweet boy with a loud purr who enjoys spending time with people and is very food motivated. He’s come out of his shell nicely and loves attention from volunteers. Because he can sometimes pick on other cats (and get picked on), Wilbur would do best in a home where he has plenty of space to feel comfortable and settle in.

With patience, kindness, and maybe a few treats, Wilbur could be a wonderful companion.

Feline Immunodeficiency Virus positive cats can live normal lives both in quality and duration.
