Whiskers (bonded pair)'s Story
Two bonded senior gals looking for a foster or forever home!!!

These ladies were very reluctantly surrendered to us as a last resort. Their human sister was severely allergic and regardless of what they tried, nothing was helping. It was an incredibly difficult surrender and the owners are heartbroken and worried about the girls' future. Help us find a good fit for them!!

Aspen (gray) had a very challenging time adjusting to shelter life, and it took her over a month to begin showing her true colors. She was initially very scared, endlessly hiding, and even showed aggression if we got too close. She also didn't seem to find comfort in her friend, Whiskers. However, after getting comfortable with the staff member who is there most often, she is a REAL LOVER. She loves attention, tolerates being held, loves pets and treats. She truly is adorable. It might take her time to adjust in a new home as she has with us, but she is worth the wait.

Whiskers (brown) adjusted from the get-go. She was curious, social, and comfortable from the beginning.

These girls MUST go to the same home. We do not want to split them up. They are both fully vetted, vaccinated, spayed, and chipped.

Ideally, these two would be the only cats in the home, but they will tolerate uninterested/calm dogs.

Please share so we can help these ladies find a home quickly!

Apply to adopt: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CCEL/Cat
Apply to foster: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/CCEL/Cat
