Whiskers's Story
Hi, my name is Whiskers and I'm about 7 months old. I was found as a stray and surrendered to Bond County Humane Society so I can find a new loving home. My white and grey fur is very handsome. I get along well with the other cats in my room and enjoy a little wrestling match too. I am a little shy, but soon I will come to you to be picked up and petted. I like to play with little spring cat toys! If you pick me up and pet me, you may notice a bone which seems to be sticking out at the bottom of my ribs. It is part of the xiphoid process of the sternum which is broken. I have been examined by a veterinarian and x-rayed. It was determined that the fragment is not threatening internal organs or causing any pain and doesn't need any treatment. I am available for immediate adoption. I am neutered, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped. My adoption fee is $100. If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at
www.bondcohumane.org
. Email the completed profile to the address provided. A copy of our policy regarding warranties, refunds and returns is available upon request.
