Meet Westley! This handsome man was found at a cared for colony in South Philadelphia this year. When taken for his TNR (trap, neuter, return) procedure his caretaker reached out to rescue's for assistance, as he was much too nice to release back outside.<br/><br/>Westley is just under a year old and loves everyone that he meets. He loves attention, toys, and mealtimes. He is a perfect gentleman for his foster family and we know he will be the perfect addition to any family. He loves the dog in his foster home but will need a slow introduction with other cats.
