Wesley's Story

Meet Wesley! Wesley is a sweet, curious, and very chatty, 6-7 month old Domestic Short Hair that was brought to SCAC after he was seized by animal control due to living in deplorable conditions with 60+ other animals. He enjoys playing with his feline friends, climbing the cat tree, playing with his toys, and of course soaking up all the love and attention from all our visitors. He can live with children, friendly felines, and possibly a feline savvy dog. Please visit the following link on our website to learn about Second Chance's adoption process. http://www.2ndchanceanimalcenter.org/adoption.html

Second Chance has an online adoption application process for cats, dogs, and small critters. Veterinarian and landlord contact information is required on all applications. Once application is submitted, it may take several days for us to follow up with all appropriate contact information. We will initially respond via email but feel free to call us directly with any follow-up questions. We always encourage potential adopters to submit an application in advance of your visit to our shelter. Same-day feline adoptions are possible with pre-approved applications. Canine adoptions take several visits as dog-to-dog and family meet-and-greets are required.
