Wednesday's Story

Meet Wednesday – The Perfect Cat (Seriously)

Wednesday might share a name with the famously brooding Wednesday Addams, but the resemblance ends there. She’s not plotting your demise — she’s plotting how to snuggle her way right into your heart.

After spending six months in the shelter as a stray, Wednesday joined our foster program, and she’s been thriving ever since. At about 2.5 years old, she’s calm, affectionate, and endlessly loving. She gets along wonderfully with other cats, currently lives with a dog, and does great with kids.

She might seem quiet when you first meet her, but give her a minute — she’s simply deciding the best way to win you over forever. Wednesday is the definition of an easy, happy, wonderful cat. Truly, the perfect cat.

She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, FeLV/FIV negative, and ready to find her forever home — one filled with the love and attention she so naturally gives in return.

Important Adoption Information:

When You Submit Your Application:
Please make sure you have notified your veterinarian that we will be calling and that it is okay to speak with us. If you don’t currently have a vet, please determine which one you will be using and set up care in advance so we can confirm your new pet will receive medical attention when needed.

For Pets Already in the Home:
Because the number of homeless animals in our area is so large, we adopt only to homes where current pets are spayed or neutered, with documented medical exceptions. We also require that all resident pets be up to date on their vaccinations to help ensure that everyone — both new and existing family members — stays healthy and safe.

Keep in Mind:
We are 100% foster-based and 100% volunteer-operated, from the top down. Our team works hard to get animals into their forever homes as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us — but if you don’t hear back within a few days, feel free to message us on our Facebook page to confirm your application went through.
