Meet Wasabi <br/><br/>Every shelter has that one little cat who feels like she wandered straight out of a fairy tale... and we think that's Wasabi.<br/><br/>This petite, roughly 1-year-old black cat arrived carrying a little more than herself—she came to us pregnant, lovingly raised her kittens, watched each of them leave for their happily ever after...<br/><br/>...and then quietly stayed behind.<br/><br/>Now it's Wasabi's turn.<br/><br/>She may be dressed in midnight-black fur, but don't let old superstitions fool you. If anything, black cats are said to be a little magical, and Wasabi certainly seems to have cast a spell on everyone she meets. She's incredibly sweet, loves affection, and somehow manages to make every head bump and purr feel like a tiny enchantment.<br/><br/>She's on the smaller side, but don't worry—her heart didn't get the memo. It's enormous.<br/><br/>Sometimes it feels like people walk past her simply because she's a black cat.
