Update April 21st - Wanita is now at the Pet Valu, 1080 Wilson St W in Ancaster by Walmart. Go pay this cutie a visit. An adoption co ordinaator will be in touch <br/>Wanita came in to our rescue about a month ago. Three cats had been abandonned on a rural property - previously TNR'd years before, all friendly - the feeder passed on and the property sold. Wanita and Wendy were the last two caught. Wanita was quite matted as she is long hair so she went to our vet where she received a lion's cut . She had been previously microchipped and spayed several years ago. While at the vet she had a wellness check - flea treatment, deworming, updated FVCRP and rabies vaccines. She is now ready to find her new home. She is a little shy at first until she gets used to her new environment - she does love her pets and brushing. She is a fan of catnip toys as well. It is recommended that she start out in a safe room with food, litter, toys and bed til she adjust to a new environment. She is friends with Simone so it would be nice if they could be adopted together. She would probably be fine with another passive cat friendly feline. Her adoption fee is $250. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy.
