Wanda's Story
Introducing Wanda! Wanda was found as a stray and brought to AFA. She started off very scared and nervous, but is coming out of her shell quickly. She loves people and getting pets, she is very friendly and affectionate. While she is doing well overall in our top cat room, she can get overwhelmed by the other cats and gets very hissy. She never physically warns other cats away, but she definitely lets them know verbally that she isn’t ready to have them in her face. If you have other cats, please be aware that the introduction process should go slowly and it may take some time before Wanda isn’t scared of them.
While she can be with other cats, Wanda would probably thrive in a single cat home. Being the only cat would allow her to explore freely and be the queen of her surroundings. She is likely to be the type of cat to follow you around, rubbing on your ankles until you stop and pet her. She is a lovely cat, just looking for that perfect home! If you think your home could be that perfect place for her, come out and meet her!

Interested in adopting?
