She was adopted briefly but returned simply because, as an adult cat, she was “too big.” That’s it. That’s her crime.<br/><br/>She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her rabies vaccine, which means there are no geographical adoption restrictions. Anyone is eligible to adopt her.<br/><br/>Waffles is:<br/>• Good with kids<br/>• Good with other cats<br/>• Litterbox trained<br/>• Sweet, social, and very loved by staff and volunteers<br/><br/>She does tend to eat enthusiastically (she loves her food), and does best with a slow feeder and canned food, which she handles just fine. That’s not a flaw. That’s just Waffles being Waffles.<br/><br/>The hardest part? She watches other cats come and go. Day after day. Month after month.<br/><br/>She gets attention here. She gets love.
