It's an adult cat that is much smaller than you'd expect ... some people call this a "perma-kitten". Waffle Cone's early years are a bit unknown as he was transferred to us from a shelter. But what we do know: he's a real sweetie who very much enjoys the company of other cats - no "only cat" for this guy!
