Volley's Story

Meet Volley: Serving Up Gold-Medal Cuddles! Every Olympic volleyball star knows that the best teams are built on trust—and that's exactly how Volley plays the game. When the whistle blows and someone new enters the room, Volley dives into defense like a seasoned libero. Her signature move? A lightning-fast dash under the bedspread, where she'll remain so well hidden that all you'll see is one adorable little lump. She's simply waiting to see if the new teammate is worthy of making the roster. Once you've earned her trust, though, it's game on! Volley serves up a winning combination of playful energy and sweet affection. She loves chasing wand toys like they're championship volleyballs, happily accepts gentle pats from her favorite fans, and is always ready to celebrate with the people she loves. When she's not practicing her toy-catching skills, you'll find this MVP perched atop her beloved cat tree, keeping an eye on the court, or perfecting her technique on her scratching post—because every champion needs the right training equipment. Volley is searching for a patient coach who understands that some athletes need a little extra time to warm up before they shine. Give her the space to build her confidence, and you'll be rewarded with a loyal, loving companion who will win your heart in straight sets. Are you ready to welcome this superstar onto your home team? Volley is waiting to serve up a lifetime of love—and she's definitely playing for gold.

Learn more about Volley, The Feline Connection, and apply to adopt on The Feline Connection’s website: www.thefelineconnection.org/cats-seeking-homes/
_____________________
--ABOUT THE FELINE CONNECTION---
The Feline Connection 501(c)(3) is a foster-driven cat rescue in the Rutland, VT area. The Feline Connection's Adoption Policy
The Feline Connection champions for cats who need homes and we are committed to finding each cat a safe and healthy permanent home. We work to find the best possible home matches for each of our stray, homelss or friendly colony cats based on their unique needs, and the needs of the adopter. We do not have a shelter location, so all of our animals are fostered with families in Rutland County, Vermont, mostly near Rutland. This gives us a unique capability to observe and interact with each cat in a relaxed home environment. Our conversation based adoption process starts with submitting an application followed by a conversation, vet and landlord check (if needed), and then cats visits and home visits as needed for the perfect match. Pictures of the cat’s new home are always welcome. Visit us at http://www.thefelineconnection.org/ for more details
