Virginia's Story
Virginia is an 11 month old, Domestic Short Hair. In February 2025, she was brought to the shelter with her sister, Montana, due to an overcrowding situation. Virginia is spayed, updated on her vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, FIV tested negative, and microchipped.

This lady was brought to the shelter as a feral kitten and so had never been handled by humans before. Thanks to the work of shelter staff and volunteers she has made much progress with her socialization, but is still wary of people. She's looking for a quiet home that doesn't mind giving her the time and patience that she may need to adjust to her new environment.

Virginia loves the company of other kitties and since they help her feel more confident she'd love to go to a home with another cat or her sister, Montana. She is housetrained.

If you are interested in adopting Virginia, please fill out an adoption application using our website (echumanesociety.org) and a member of staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
