Like, Maverick....<br/><br/>Violet's story: I was trapped with my sister a couple years ago in a business park, and my sister decided she liked people. I am still not convinced. <br/><br/>I do love my Maverick, another kitty up for adoption with the Cat Connection in Waltham. We are both being fostered by the same family , and Maverick and I found love. He will sometimes bully me, but as soon as he is done, I am in his face loving him. I also am a bully with cats I do not like. There is this one guy 3 times my size, and he knows who is boss! Yup, I am small but mighty! And, the other guy is a pushover.<br/><br/>I would love to go with Maverick, but I know not everyone wants two kitties. I would like to convince you to take my friend with me. Or hoping Maverick can convince his adopter to take me along, too! I am not mean at all, but I keep a 5 foot distance from them. I am just not sure yet. Five feet is my safety zone. I do not hide from humans, but there is a no touchy rule I abide by. Enjoy my beauty from a distance, please.<br/><br/>My ideal home would be a patient family, in a no kids, quiet household, that either has the patience to let me come out of my shell and the acceptance to let me be a kitty from a distance, or let me just be with my Maverick.<br/><br/>I may break out of this funk, but I may not, and am looking for a family that may be able to work with me or let me be and accept me for the reserved girl I am.<br/><br/>Fitchburg Friends of Felines facilitates a foster to adopt program that places the intended adoptee with the potential adoptive family.
