Velour's Story

Hi there! My name is Velour, and I’m a sleek black kitten with a soft, silky coat. I’m about 6 months old and currently being fostered with my orange tabby brother, Velcro.

I’m an active, playful guy who loves to run, climb, and explore—but I also enjoy slowing down for pets and attention. When I’m not busy playing, I’m happy to relax nearby or curl up for a cozy nap.

I’m a friendly, confident kitten who handles new situations well. When a photographer came by, it only took me about 10 minutes to feel comfortable and get back to my usual playful self!

I’ll admit that I tend to be the more dominant and slightly mischievous brother. I like to be in charge and can be a little bossy with Velcro at times, but it’s all typical kitten behavior. We play hard, occasionally bicker, and then go right back to doing our own thing or settling in for a nap.

Because I’ve always had feline companionship, I would do best in a home with a friendly, playful cat. While Velcro and I can be adopted together, we don’t have to be, as long as I have a kitty friend in my new home.

I’m litterbox trained and eat both wet and dry food. I haven’t met dogs yet, and I may do best with older children who are experienced with kittens.

I’m neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I’m all set for my forever home! My adoption fee is $150, and I’m being fostered in Colorado Springs.

If you’re looking for a playful, confident kitten with a little personality and a lot of charm, I could be the one for you!
Apply to adopt me today:
https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/catadoptionapplication/
