Velma's Story
217 Days & Still Waiting for Her Forever Family šš¾
How is this sweet little girl STILL waiting? š Velma has now been with us for 217 days, and we're determined to find the family she's been waiting for!
Velma may be petite, but her personality is anything but small! š She's outgoing, affectionate, and quick to steal your heart. She is the first catio you pass when you enter our catio room, and it doesn't take long for her to work her magic! š„¹
Our volunteers who visit the catio room quickly fall in love with Velma. She's always ready to greet you, soak up pets, and show off her sweet personality. She also enjoys having feline friends around, too! š±š
Velma does have abdominal lymphadenopathy (enlarged lymph nodes in her digestive tract) and requires a special diet (Hills prescription hard food) and medication (simply sprinkled on her wet food) that she will likely need long-term. But Velma doesn't let that slow her down! She is happy, loving, and full of life. š„°
After 217 days, we'd love nothing more than to see this little ray of sunshine finally have a home to call her own. š”š
Come meet Velma and see for yourself why she is so easy to love!
š 730 Church Street, New Kensington, PA
š Adoption Application: https://form.jotform.com/213275062626049
š§ adoptions@animalprotectors.net
š (724) 339-7388
