Velma's Story

Velma is a sweet, shy lady who came in with Steph. They can go home together but do not need to, as they seem to keep to themselves for the most part.

Scituate Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Our Adoption Process Please note our adoption application process is not on a first come, first serve basis. When you first arrive at our shelter, you will be asked to fill out a brief survey, which helps us to find the right pet for you. Our adoption counselors act as “matchmakers” and will work with you to find the right match - for both you and the animal - based on the information you have given us. If you don't find a match right away, we will hold your survey on file for several months while you continue your search.
