Veda - In Foster Care

Hi there, I'm Veda! Veda means wisdom and understanding, and I promise you that I'm both. I am wise enough to know that we will be perfect for each other! I am a sweet, young girl who is very playful but will still find time to show you my love. My favorite toy is the laser light - I am very fast and I think that spot is a little afraid of me because it's always running away. I like strings and feathers (who doesn't?!) and treats (who doesn't?!) I am easy to talk to as I am very understanding. I will make eye contact and nod in just the right places. Oh, and speaking of the right places, the marking on my nose is exactly the right place for a bop or a kiss!<br/><br/>A Message from Veda's Foster Home:<br/>"She was curious and outgoing from the moment she came home - no hesitation at all. She explored every room and followed me wherever I went. She's incredibly affectionate; anytime I sat down, she would come over and lie right next to me.<br/><br/>She's also very playful. She spent time with her toys, jumped up on my bed, went under it, and even gently pawed at my feet while I was changing the sheets. At one point, she jumped up onto the bathtub just to see what I was doing in the shower, which made me laugh.<br/><br/>Overnight, she slept on my legs for most of the night, then moved up next to my pillow and rested her head on my arm. In the morning, while I was getting ready for work, she was my little shadow-following me around and keeping me company.<br/><br/>She is eating and drinking well and has been using the litter box with no issues.<br/><br/>So far, she seems to be adjusting really well and has a wonderful, affectionate personality."
