Valentine's Story

Valentine is a strikingly handsome young tuxedo cat who definitely didn't deserve to be left behind....

He was discovered by one of our volunteers who was out performing TNVR (Trap.Neuter.Vacinate.Return). As she was getting her trap set, he appeared. He came to her, and allowed her to pick him up and put him in her car. He was already neutered, but had worms and was underweight. His friendly approach and poor condition strongly suggested that he had been a pet, who was lost or abandoned. No one came forward to claim him after appropriate notices were posted.

He came to be fostered by a college student who wanted to adopt him. However after finishing college, she had to move back in with her parents and sadly was not able to bring him. He has been with a second foster, who loves him and wants to find him his loving fur-ever home.

Valentine is a gentle, affectionate and loving soul. He has the cutest way of patting his human on the back to get her attention. He's good natured and didn't complain about wearing a costume. He's all in favor getting treats!! He gets along with cat-friendly dogs and has gotten along with some cats. He may do best in a home where he is the only cat.

Valentine didn't deserve to be abandoned. Will you be the kind person who will shower him with all the love he deserves, and allow him to live his best life in a fur-ever home? He will surely return the love many times over.
