Uzumaki's Story

Hi, I'm Uzumaki, a handsome Lynx Point Siamese gentleman, born approximately 3/05/2023. I arrived at Wild Blue in April 2026 after my family had to make the difficult decision to surrender me. They cared about me very much, but with a big move and my medical needs, they knew I deserved a home that could give me everything I need to thrive. I've lived as an indoor/outdoor kitty before, and I did miss my outdoor time when that changed. These days, I'm looking for a home that understands my need for enrichment and stimulation, especially as I adjust to some changes in my vision. I have bilateral cataracts, and my eyesight is slowly diminishing, so I rely more and more on my other senses (and my people!) to feel safe and confident. I also have a sensitive tummy and deal with chronic constipation, so I'm on a special gastrointestinal diet to keep things moving comfortably. I also take a daily Fluoxetine tablet mixed into my food to help with stress and anxiety; it's an easy part of my routine and helps me feel my best.<br/>Once I trust you, I'm an incredibly sweet and loving boy. I adore head rubs and gentle pets, and I'm quite the talker! I'll happily chat with you about my day or let you know when I'd like some attention. I also enjoy playtime, especially with wand toys and little balls I can chase around. Because my vision isn't what it used to be, I'd do best in a home without young children or other cats, where my environment and everyday life is a bit more predictable and calmer. I have lived with dogs before and did well with them, so a respectful dog companion could be a nice fit. Older, understanding teenagers who can move thoughtfully around me would be just fine. What I really need is a patient, compassionate home, someone who will give me time to adjust, keep my environment consistent, and help me feel safe and loved as I navigate the world in my own way. If you're looking for a loyal, talkative companion with a gentle heart and you're ready to support a special guy like me, I'd love to meet you. If you want to meet me too, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I'll be waiting with a happy heart!
