Ula's Story

This beautiful tortie has settled well into her new indoor lifestyle. Feral for over two years with an unknown history, it can understandably take Ula time to warm up. When she does, Ula can be very affectionate. She enjoys napping right beside you or in your lap, and will politely request attention when desired.

Ula does maintain stricter boundaries, and it's important to understand that her relationship to people is very different than cats raised around humans from kittens. With patience, respect, and kindness, Ula will thrive, and she will make a wonderful companion for the right person.

Due to her history, we will not adopt Ula to a household with young children, as her corrections could injure and scare them. Being a tortie, she indeed possesses the famous "tortitude." She is not a fan of dogs and will not tolerate sharing space with another cat.

Ula loves Temptations cat treats and her "babies" (aka stuffed animals). She also enjoys chasing after wee mice when thrown for her. Cat nip is not so interesting on its own, but Ula does adore rubbing against cat nip filled toys.

Ula was given a clean bill of health by our veterinarian and she is up-to-date on her vaccines. She is spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV.

This pretty lady has so much love to give and is just waiting for the right person to welcome her home!

Interested in adopting Ula?
