Twyla's Story

DOB: 10/12/2025
Adoption Fee: $300

Twyla was born on a property with too many cats. Good Samaritans intervened to get the adults spayed and neutered and the kittens into rescue. We were happy to welcome this sweet girl, along with some of her sisters, into the good life!

Twyla is a very timid girl. She tends to keep to herself - especially when new folks are in the room with her. But she enjoys watching the other kittens play hard. :) She apparently slept in bed with the homeowner where she was born, so with time, she very well may warm up to the point of being a lap cat! She's just slow to adapt to new environments/people. But she is VERY treat-motivated, so will always eat Churu treats when offered!

Twyla has seen my small dogs through a gate, but not interacted with them. I think she would do fine in a home with dogs with slow introductions. Kittens do best with a buddy – Camp Kitten requires young cats to be adopted in pairs if there isn’t already a young cat or kitten in the home. Twyla previously shared a home with Peggy, so these two could be good together!

Twyla is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. She tested negative for FIV and FeLV. She is being fostered in ANDOVER. If interested in meeting her, please complete an adoption application on campkitten.com .
