Twyla wasn't that lucky.<br/><br/>This beautiful long-haired brown torbie gave birth to her babies on the steps of a stranger's home in the River Rouge area, doing everything she could to keep them safe. Thankfully, a compassionate resident called for help, and Twyla and her tiny newborns were brought to the shelter. We quickly picked them up and welcomed them into a loving foster home, where Twyla could finally breathe, rest, and simply be a mom.<br/><br/>She has done her job beautifully.<br/><br/>Her kittens are growing up, finding families of their own, and now it's Twyla's turn.<br/><br/>Twyla is everything you could want in a companion-gentle, affectionate, playful, and absolutely stunning. Her soft, flowing coat and sweet personality make her impossible not to fall in love with.
