Twinkle - shining for a second chance

Hi, I am Twinkle, looking to shine with a furever family! I am a one year old (born Feb, 2025) that was surrendered to OCSP after my owner could no longer care for me. But I see my surrender as a way to shine for a new home!<br/><br/>While not much is known about me, I am a bit of a mystery, the good people at OCSP say that I am a little shy. I do like my wet food, and I do like to lie in my cat bed. I am a watcher - I like to watch everything around me from a higher perch. And I do like the brush against my fur. My previous owner says that I do well with children and have been around dogs, but I know that I will need a beat or two to be my best self in a new home.<br/><br/>Are you my second chance? <br/><br/>Wouldn't you like to meet me and see if I am the perfect addition to YOUR family?
