Most vets will no longer perform declaws due to what we now know about how they affect cats, however, Tweety was declawed years ago.<br/>Does Tweety look familiar to you? Sadly, this is because this poor girl is searching for her 3rd home now, at no fault of her own. <br/>Tweety's first owner passed away, which was why she came to Help From My Friends' Pet Crisis Center in the first place. She waited a very long time before finding her a home, probably because she doesn't enjoy the company of other pets. Now, Tweety has been returned due to unfortunate circumstances that her previous adopter has encountered. <br/>Tweety is 13 years old, is a perfect companion for a quiet household, and prefers to be an only pet in the home. She is playful, affectionate, adorable, and unfortunately does not show well in an environment she does not feel comfortable in. <br/>We would love to place Tweety into another home as soon as possible. She has been given time to adjust, but feels more comfortable in her kennel than she does among the other center cats. We know she deserves so much more. <br/>Please share this post to help us find Tweety a place of comfort and joy once again.
