Turnip's Story

Turnip is a three-year-old sweetheart with the gentlest same to us from a hoarding situation in Mauston involving a surplus of belongings and a large number of cats. Working alongside the Juneau County Sheriff's Office, we now have official custody of Turnip and the other cats involved.

Despite her past, Turnip's loving nature shines through. She is incredibly sweet and truly just wants love and attention from her people. While she may need a little time to adjust to a new home, once she feels safe, she blossoms into an affectionate, devoted companion.

Turnip enjoys cozy cat naps in warm, quiet spots and would happily spend her days relaxing near you. She does great with other cats and would be comfortable in a home with feline companions, especially one that offers patience and a calm environment while she settles in.

Turnip doesn't ask for much - just kindness, consistency, and a soft place to land. In return, she'll give you steady companionship and a whole lot of love.

All of our cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. If you're ready to give Turnip the comfort and affection she deserves, please fill out an application on our website. https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-cats
