Trout's Story

Meow. Hi! Trout is my name! A cute name for an even cuter cat. I am a very sweet boy who loves attention and pets. With my sweetness, I am also rather energetic! I love to play the day away. Running around with my cat friends makes it that much better! I am also a mischievous lil thing. I love to get into just about anything. If I am away and not able to do so, I will cry and meow until you allow me to do my cat things. I also don’t like to be away from all the fun. I just LOVE being in the middle of it all; exploring and venturing out in my environment, finding new things that may have not been there before. Then I will find a cozy spot up high, on the fridge, shelves, etc. to take a long snooozeeeee…
I am also a special boy. I am an FIP Warrior! That is right. When I was just a kitten, I was diagnosed with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). I endured 84 days of daily medication and another 84 days of close observation. The FIP treatment was definitely rough, but I am very grateful to have had my caretakers, as they helped me BEAT FIP!
I am now ready to venture out on a new adventure, one that involves me finding my FURR-ever home! I would greatly benefit from having another feline companion in my home. I just love having my cat friends. Do you think that I am the kitty for you? Swing by The Charming Cat Corner to meet me. I have a funny feeling that you might just end up going back home with me, as I am just as sweet as can be!
