Application Process: All potential adopters complete an application to help us understand their experience, home environment, and lifestyle. Screening: We may conduct interviews, reference checks, and home visits when appropriate to ensure a good fit. Age & Family Considerations: Some animals have specific requirements (e.g., no young children, other pets) for safety and compatibility. Adoption Fees: Fees help cover medical care, sterilization, vaccinations, and supplies provided to the animal. Spay/Neuter Requirement: All pets are sterilized prior to adoption, unless medically or age-restricted. Follow-Up Support: We provide guidance, resources, and support after adoption to help pets and families succeed together. Returning: If your adoption does not work out, you must return the animal to Moore Animal Alliance.
