Travis's Story

Travis is a cute 8 yr. old neutered male cat that is very friendly, outgoing and nice. He has a great personality. He adjusted well to his foster home, likes to sleep in bed and likes their dog. He even tries to play with their little dog, even though the dog isn't interested. 😺His previous owners said he doesn't like other cats, but this has not been tested out. He likes to be around you most of the time, is curious and loves exploring. He uses the litter box well, but does like it to be clean. He is a bit overweight so is on restricted feedings. He loves to eat. 😸 He is becoming more of a cuddler and likes to sit on laps. He has spurts of energy, which are fun to watch him zoom around the house. 😹 Travis is also a good traveler. He has been on trips to the cities and up north. He does like to have his own space just for him too. He really loves just sitting and sleeping in his kitty condo. Travis did have an elevated liver value on his blood test that the vet wants to recheck in a couple of months to see if that is normal for him or if it indicates a problem. He also has Ataxia which means he is a bit uncoordinated, and has some balance issues. But that doesn't really seem to bother him too much. His owners just need to be aware of it to watch him for any further issues. He doesn't like to be held or carried around much, which may be due to his ataxia. But he loves to be near you, cuddle and be pet. He likes attention and is very sweet.
