Tommy McLin's Story

Meet Tommy, if you are like me and adore orange tabbies this might be the companion for you!

Like many orange tabby males he's a wonderful calm loving cat. Here are words from his foster Mom........ "He loves to be held and loved on. He is so gentle and laid back. When he is in your lap he wants you to kiss his head and that sweet face looks up at you with so much love in his eyes. He needs someone that could give him plenty attention and love. He doesn't bother anything just wants to be loved........"

No small children or dogs in home would be best. He would do great with someone home most of the time. Tommy is UTD on vaccines and neutered.
He is about 1-2 years old, very vocal, very needy boy.

He is a good 'step dad' feline to the litters of kittens also in his foster home.

To apply to adopt Tommy McLin, please click on the "More About Us" button toward the bottom of this page, on the right. That's where you will find a link to our adoption application.

If you are not quite ready to adopt, or simply can't right now, and Tommy McLin’s story has touched your heart, please, PLEASE click the purple "sponsor" button near the top of this page to help us cover the costs of veterinary care for Tommy McLin and the countless others like him. After you complete an application, there are several things that we will do: 1. We will check your personal references. Please be sure to list two personal references and include a phone number and an email address. (form asks for one; but I like two) 2. If you do not own your place of residence, we will call your landlord or leasing office. Please check with them first to learn about their pet policy. 3. We will call your veterinarian for a reference. We are looking for a history of annual exams, vaccines maintained routinely, annual heartworm tests and monthly preventatives. We require the following: * All pets in the home must be spayed or neutered. * If your pet is not up to date on vaccines, please do not submit the application until you have scheduled an appointment with the vet to get your pets current on their vaccines. 4. If you are a 1st-time pet owner, please include the name and phone number of the veterinarian you plan to use. 5. Be sure to call your Vet(s), giving them permission to speak with us. 6. We may need to do a home visit prior to approving your application, or post-adoption. If this is not acceptable, please do not apply.
